The Social Media Specialist is responsible for the development and implementation of a strategic communications program aimed at propelling the company’s global presence through community engagement. The incumbent will be responsible for the continuous preservation of Collective Solution’s brand by keeping community stakeholders informed on company initiatives ranging from job opportunities, promotional and marketing activities/events and general community outreach. He/she will collaborate with audience development, production, marketing, creative development and analytics in exercising daily duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Serve as the company’s local digital and social media expert
  • Manage the social media relationship between Collective Solution and applicants
  • Partners with the recruiting team on implementing and administering recruiting programs and campaign
  • Use creative means to drive strong engagement and organic growth of all local social media and online channels
  • Implement strategic social media campaigns to drive engagement and followership
  • Monitor and ensure all media source/channels are updated in a timely manner
  • Partner with the Culture Club by assisting with promotion of the club’s activities and major company events
  • Provide support with all duties related to employee benefits program
  • Create and provide routine and adhoc reports 

QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCIES & SKILLS

  • Proven education in Communications, Graphic Designing, Marketing or related field
  • Previous experience in community / brand management or social media fields
  • Previous BPO experience is a plus
  • Excellent Communication and Public Speaking Skills- Exhibit excellence in communicating both in writing and verbally; outgoing personality; possesses the ability to effectively present information to internal and external stakeholders
  • Project Management: Proven ability to plan, organize and successfully execute initiatives within an assigned timeline
  • Time Management- Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks; ability to prioritize tasks using available resources efficiently to get the job done
  • Social Skills: Possesses a natural and effortless ability to communicate, connect, and engage with the intended audience; continuously identifying and implementing methods of adding value to the company’s brand
  • Fast Learner and Problem Solver: Fast, relentless and versatile learner; open to change; analyzes both successes and failures for clues to gain improvement; experiments and willing to be creative in finding solutions; enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks; quick at grasping the essence and underlying structure of tasks and goals
  • Copy-writing: Use the most appropriate engagement tactics combined with the most appealing copy
  • Analytical: Utilize various tools and methods to track leads and revenue, gather audience demographics and posting habits, as well as measuring engagement aimed at selecting the most effective type of content to deliver the best results
  • Customer Focus: Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; gets first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services; acts with customers in mind
  • Adaptable: Possesses the ability to adapt to a continuously changing news and social media landscape
  • Media Creative: Proven skills in photography, videography or graphic designing
